Release 26/3
The following enhancements are included in Release 26/3:
- Search, Filters & Usability
- New filter operator “Is Login Station” in rental agreements, invoices, and movements. This automatically filters data for the currently selected station.
- Check-In Note and Check-Out Note fields have been added to movements.
- A clear confirmation message is displayed after an email has been sent successfully.
- Sorting, filtering, and clarity have been further improved in various modules.
- Rental Agreements & Follow-On Rental Agreements
- When a new rental agreement is created, the price group is automatically adopted as the requested vehicle group.
- The follow-on rental agreement function has been significantly extended:
- Follow-on agreements can now be created either as a reservation or as a Check-Out.
- Vehicle transfer can be controlled individually.
- Existing Check-Out agreements can optionally remain open.
- Greater flexibility when extending agreements.
- Handover App
- New full-screen view for the rental agreement and CO/CI report.
- Rental agreement notes can be displayed in the app and, depending on permissions, can also be added.
- Improved handling of signature fields.
- Additional status and success messages, for example after creating service trips.
- Customer Creation & Driver’s License Scan
- Introduction of the first stage of AI-assisted document recognition:
- Identity card and driver’s license data can be captured using the camera.
- Recognized data is transferred automatically to customer creation.
- Integrated duplicate check to prevent multiple records.
- Existing customers can be updated directly or new customers can be created.
- Introduction of the first stage of AI-assisted document recognition:
- Vehicle Replacement
- The logic for preselecting replacement stations has been optimized.
- When a vehicle at another location is selected, the replacement station can be adjusted automatically.
- This is particularly helpful for unplanned vehicle changes and breakdowns.
- Invoices & Invoicing
- Extended cancellation information now also shows the original invoice date and due date.
- Improvements to damage billing and its traceability.
- Damage Management
One of the largest enhancements in this release:
- The “Bill Damages” dialog has been completely redesigned.
- Damages can now be handled individually as:
- Damage
- Deductible, or
- Non-billable transaction
- Additional fees can be added directly for each damage item.
- Improved control of customers, payment methods, and invoice free text.
- Significantly faster and more transparent creation of damage invoices.
- Payment Methods
- Extended defaulting of payment methods based on:
- The customer’s default payment method, or
- Defined priorities.
- Payment information is now also supported in damage billing.
