Release 26/1

The following enhancements are included in Release 26/1:

1. Technical Enhancements & Migrations

   Several background processes and data structures were modernized as part of this release. These include migrations in the following areas:

   • Follow-on rental agreements
   • Vehicle movements
   • Cost data generation
   • Police letters and penalty notices
   • Miscellaneous invoicing

   These changes support the technical development of the Mobility Manager and provide the basis for future enhancements and performance optimizations.

2. New Automations (Quartz Jobs)

   Additional Quartz jobs have been made available to further automate business processes.

3. Reminder for Pending Approval

   Supervisors can now be notified automatically before a planned Check-Out if a required approval for a reservation is still pending. This helps reduce delays in the rental process and ensures that pending approvals are handled in good time.

4. Automated Invoicing Runs

   The previous agent for processing collective billing (AgentBillBatch) is now available as a Quartz job and can be scheduled centrally and executed automatically.

5. Automatic Update of Planned Check-Ins

   The previous agent for updating planned Check-In dates (AgentRenewPlanCI) has also been integrated into Quartz job management. This makes the processes easier to administer and execute on a scheduled basis.

6. Employee Master Data

   In the “Stations” tab of employee master data, the column label “Use” has been renamed to “Cash Register Type.” The new label provides greater clarity because the setting relates exclusively to the respective cash register and avoids misunderstandings during configuration.
