Release 25/3

The following enhancements are included in Release 25/3:

1. Invoices & Invoicing
   • Cost centers are automatically taken from the associated vehicle if no fixed cost center is defined.
   • Reprints use existing PDF documents instead of regenerating invoices. Regeneration is possible via “Print Original Invoice.”
   • Rental agreements can be blocked from invoicing.
   • Collective and partial invoices can be created selectively by agreement type.
   • Improvements for split invoices and split debtors in delivery and payment overviews.
   • An optional check can verify that the payment amount matches the invoice total.
   • Alternative invoice addresses can be changed retrospectively with the appropriate permission.
2. Search & Usability
   • Multiple values can be entered comma-separated in many search fields.
   • Extended search options in dispatching, including VIN search, and in vehicle availability.
   • Dynamic additional data can now be filtered more effectively.
   • Various search and filter screens have been extended and made more user-friendly.
3. Rental Agreements & Reservations
   • New cancellation function that leaves credit card reservations unchanged.
   • Vehicle search now also considers the second vehicle group.
   • New rules for agreement types, for example:
     • Different employees for agreement creation and Check-Out
     • Restriction to natural persons or legal entities
     • Mandatory vehicle assignment before printing the agreement
   • Reports and comments can now be entered regardless of agreement status.
   • Check-In can also be performed at a different station.
   • Reservation confirmations can be sent automatically.
4. Credit Cards & Payment Processes
   • Extended credit card functions with:
     • Automatic calculation of reservation amounts
     • Check for sufficient reservations before printing or Check-Out
     • Manual reservation booking
     • Automatic renewal of expired reservations
   • Telecash payments are supported via payment links and POS terminals.
   • Payment methods can be entered more flexibly directly in the rental agreement or invoice without having to be stored for the customer.
   • Improved default and preselection logic for payment methods.
5. Vehicle Management & Handover
   • Vehicle replacement has been simplified and now leads directly to entry of the new handover report.
   • New vehicle phase-out function, including an optional sales invoice.
   • Improved damage display without loss of quality.
   • Extended vehicle information and additional search options.
6. Handover App & Tablet Solution
   • The handover app and Single Sign-On are available in the new design.
   • Overdue Check-Ins and Check-Outs are highlighted.
   • Reservations without an agreement number can optionally be displayed.
   • Rental agreements and handover reports can be signed directly on tablets.
   • Agreements that have already been signed manually are not presented for signature again in the app.
   • Access to the app can be controlled through roles and permissions.
7. Four-Eyes Principle
   • New audit-proof four-eyes principle for:
     • Business partners
     • Vehicles
     • Rental agreements
     • Price lists
     • Cancellations of rental agreements, invoices, and credit notes
   • Changes only take effect after approval by a second user.
8. Financial Accounting & Reporting
   • New financial accounting interface for Diamant.
   • Extended cost center logic and evaluations.
   • Utilization analysis has been extended and improved.
9. Security & Data Protection
   • Introduction of anonymization for personal master data.
   • Malware and virus scanner for document uploads.
   • Extended file upload checks.
   • CAPTCHA protection for:
     • Forgot-password function
     • Logins after failed attempts
     • Bulk email delivery
10. Master Data & Administration
    • Alternative web logins for business partners.
    • Enhancements to employee, business partner, and station master data.
    • New module for import mappings for vehicle imports.
    • Extended email templates.
    • External keys in roles and permissions must be unique.
    • Option to connect external systems directly from the vehicle master data.
11. Price Lists & Rate Calculation
    • New rules for long-term rentals and monthly rates.
    • Extended fuel calculation rules.
    • Improved handling of insurance services.
    • The second vehicle group is supported in additional modules, for example comprehensive insurance.
