Release 24/4

The following updates are included in Release 24/4:

1. Choice of Output Format Now Configurable per Output Type:
   There is a new output type, "Print or Email," in the print configuration. If this is configured for a specific output type, pressing the 'Print' button will open a selection window. In this window, you can choose whether to print the document or send it by email.
   
   
2. Improvements to the Share Motion App:
   a. The performance when loading booking history has been improved.
   b. The booking number, which corresponds to the reservation number in the Mobility Manager, is now also displayed in the booking details. The vehicle registration number is also shown when creating a damage report or when making a booking.
   c. Translation errors have been fixed.
   d. An additional intermediate text has been added after tapping the "Start Booking" button. The message "Important: The rental will only start once you have opened the vehicle for the first time" reminds the driver to open the vehicle.
   e. The 'Cancel' button is no longer available after the booking has started.
   
   
3. Printing Deposit / Prepayment Invoices:
   When a payment with the payment method "Deposit/Prepayment" is added to a rental agreement, a prompt appears asking if you want to print the invoice (Deposit/Prepayment Invoice).
   
   
4. Extension for Deposit / Prepayment Invoices:
   Through the ‘Invoice Types Billing’ module, it can be defined that a rental object should be included in the service information for the deposit/prepayment.
   
   
5. Performance Improvement for Printing:
   There have been performance optimizations for the printing process.
   
   
6. New Quartz Jobs:
   Quartz jobs are tasks that are scheduled and run automatically. These jobs can now be configured within the system. With this release, new Quartz jobs have been generated and are now available.
   
   
7. Extension in the Share Motion App - Registration:
   Customers can now register through the Share Motion App. They enter their personal details, login credentials, and driver’s license information. After entering a verification code, the customer is marked as ‘locked’ in the Mobility Manager. A new report lists the customer as a prospect until they are unlocked in the partner database. Afterward, they can make reservations through the app and modify their details.
   
   
8. Replacement of OTA Telematics with Convadis:
   Due to the replacement of the OTA Telematics system, we have now integrated Convadis as the hardware solution, in conjunction with HighMobility as the provider of telemetry data.
   
   
9. Extension of the Trip Log:
   The map view has been adjusted. All geo-positions delivered during the trip are now stored, and the actual route is shown on the map. The route on the map follows the roads as shown in Google Maps. A sufficient data density is required for this.
   If not enough geo-positions are delivered and the exact route cannot be displayed, an approximate route is shown by a line between the start and end points.
10. New Rule in Rental Agreement Recording:
    There is a new rule "At least one payment method per debtor, even without a service," in the "Rental Agreement Rules" module under the "Rental Agreement Payment Rules" tab. If this rule is active, then all debtors in the rental agreement must have a billing payment method entered.
    
    
11. Display of Tire Pressure from Telematics Data:
    The tire pressure was previously displayed in PSI. This has been changed so that it is now shown in BAR with one decimal place.
    
    
12. Report Module:
    In the "Report" module, the new columns "Rental Agreement Status" and "Rental Agreement Type" are now available.
    
    
13. Price List Management:
    From now on, when editing an item in the 'Prices' tab, the name of the service and the corresponding vehicle group will also be displayed in the information area at the top.
    
    
14. Export Function from Grid in the Mobility Manager:
    Due to memory issues when exporting large amounts of data (more than 1000 rows) as PDF in the Mobility Manager, the maximum number of rows that can be exported in a PDF document is now limited to 1000.
    
    
15. Extension of Rental Agreement Printing:
    The rental agreement form can now also print the total sum of all deposits and prepayments, as well as a grand total.
